Privacy

How this site handles photos of players, and what it records when you view them.

Who can see the photos

Nothing here is public. Photos and videos are reached only through private links that team managers send to families. A link opens one team's matches for one season, or a single match. Links can be set to expire, and can be withdrawn at any time. The site is hidden from search engines.

Players are not named or tagged. If you would like a photo of your child removed, ask the team manager โ€” any photo can be taken down immediately.

What is removed from photos

Digital photos can carry hidden information, including the GPS location where they were taken and details of the camera. All of that is stripped from every photo when it is added to the site, so downloaded photos do not reveal where they were taken.

What is recorded when you visit

To show team managers which matches are being viewed, the site counts:

Your IP address is never stored. The visitor id is a keyed hash of your IP address and browser, made with a secret only the server knows and mixed with today's date. It can tell two visitors apart on the same day, but cannot be turned back into an IP address and changes every night.

How long it is kept

The detailed records above are deleted after 90 days. Before deletion they are added up into plain per-day totals โ€” numbers with nothing identifying in them โ€” which are kept so long-term figures still work.

Cookies

One cookie keeps your visit working as you move between pages (and keeps team managers signed in). There is no advertising, no analytics service, and nothing here is loaded from other companies.
